7.31.08 - O HALP! One of our kittehs was in the hospital last month, first for a surgery to remove something blocking her small intestine, and then there were post-surgery complications that used up quite a few of her nine lives. We are fundraising to help pay her bills by offering a limited edition print for donations, and selling our stuff like crazy. Please help out if you can! 4.24.08 - I would like to petition the universe for more hours. Some things I could do with more time: read more books, sew, embroider, go for walks, volunteer at the cat rescue again, sleep in, call my family members, web stuff, have a yard sale, bake cupcakes, go geocaching, go back to school, do more craft swaps, make more zines, go thrifting, make presents for people, throw dinner parties, play board games, take mid-day naps.

1.30.08 - Check it out, people. I've managed to get a few things up in the ol' shop, a couple of new links on the links page... and, well, that's it. I am trying to learn Drupal for a work project and it is pretty much kicking my butt. If anyone wants to do my job for me, please give me a call.

11.30.07 - There is nothing up in my store yet because I haven't really found time for any personal web projects lately. I did update the links page with some new friends, though, and I wanted everyone to know that, according to various questionable websites, tomorrow is National Pie Day. If there ever was a day on which you were led to believe there would be punch and pie, tomorrow is that day.

10.17.07 - Some of my nerdy friends requested I setup an RSS feed for this page. Well, one friend told me outright, but the other one said something like: "So, um, how are you going to work that site, I mean, uh, should I just... I dunno, go there sometimes and see if anything is new?" Oops! I thought we were still in 1998. What is this 'feed' you speak of, and how is it done?

10.13.07 - I'm excited to be participating in The Pack Lady: Rummage and Craft Spectacular at Ladyfest Chicago next weekend. We'll be selling zines, cloth menstrual pads, & notebooks. Tiff is making some new little notebooks that are super cute and come with stickers bound in. I also got some new fabrics for pads, so there will be lots of new goodies up in the shop after we get back from the event.

10.10.07 - Lucid Fruit is now Top Secret Nerd Brigade! Lots of stuff is changing, but the important stuff is staying the same. I've added an about page, links to people and stuff I like, of course the new domain name and graphics... but I'm still selling my dorky zines, cloth pads, and whatever else makes its way out of the fabric pile in my craft room.
